Job description
Business Studies ECT – Good Secondary School, Croydon Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Paid to scale School information: This is an 11 to 18 Good Ofsted Rated Secondary School in Croydon, known for its strong focus on academic progress, aspiration, and student support. The school serves a diverse community and promotes high expectations, positive relationships, and a strong culture of achievement throughout the school. The curriculum is broad and career-focused, designed to prepare students for further education and employment. Staff work within a collaborative and supportive environment, with structured induction and mentoring in place to support Early Career Teachers. Business Studies Department: The Business Studies department is a growing and forward-thinking team delivering an engaging curriculum at KS4 and KS5. The department places strong emphasis on real-world application, enterprise skills, and exam success. ECTs are supported with shared resources, coaching, and clear schemes of work.
