Job description
An ambitious and forward-thinking secondary school in Solihull is seeking an inspiring and strategic Head of Geography to lead its successful Humanities faculty. This is a key middle leadership role within a well-regarded 11–18 school known for its strong academic standards, supportive culture and clear systems. The School Located in a well-connected residential area of Solihull, this popular secondary school serves a broad and aspirational community. The school has maintained a strong Ofsted profile and is widely recognised for its calm corridors, consistent behaviour systems and improving examination outcomes across Key Stages 4 and 5. Leadership is visible and approachable, with a strong emphasis on curriculum clarity and staff wellbeing.
