Are you an inspiring Reception Teacher searching for a Full-Time role from January 2026 start ? A highly regarded Outstanding primary in Peterborough is recruiting a creative Reception Teacher to lead an enriching Reception class from the January 2026 start . The Full-Time Reception Teacher will begin planning before the January 2026 start , attend induction during the January 2026 start , and teach from the January 2026 start in a well-resourced EYFS setting. *** Reception Teacher Peterborough *** Reception Teacher January 2026 start *** Reception Teacher Full-Time opportunity The Reception Teacher role — overview The successful Reception Teacher will design continuous provision that balances child-led play with focused adult-led teaching. The Reception Teacher will lead daily phonics, prime-area development and early mathematics activities. The Reception Teacher will assess progress using formative observations and ensure smooth transitions into Year 1. This is a Full-Time Reception Teacher post: the Full-Time Reception Teacher will also access mentoring and bespoke CPD beginning in the weeks around the January 2026 start . Reception Teacher — the profile we seek We want an empathetic Reception Teacher with QTS or EYTS, strong Early Years practice and experience of outstanding pedagogy. The Reception Teacher should be skilled at adult–child interaction and confident in running parent workshops. The Reception Teacher must be prepared to begin pre-term planning before the January 2026 start , attend induction in the January 2026 start window, and teach as a Full-Time Reception Teacher once the January 2026 start arrives.
