Job description
Start Date: September 2025 Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Drama Teacher to join our vibrant Performing Arts department at a leading independent school. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and nurture students across KS3 to KS5, helping them develop confidence, creativity, and a passion for theatre. The successful candidate will play a key role in both the academic and extracurricular life of the school, leading engaging lessons and supporting dynamic school productions. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and inspiring drama lessons to students across KS3 to KS5, fostering creativity and performance skills. Organise and direct school productions, encouraging students to explore their theatrical abilities. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them develop their confidence and technique. Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel encouraged to express themselves. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Drama curriculum and maintain high standards in Performing Arts. Lead or contribute to extracurricular activities, such as drama clubs, workshops, and theatre trips.
