Job description
School Status & Location Sector: Outstanding Ofsted Secondary Mixed School. Borough: Brent (Inner London, England). Start Date: ASAP Start until July 2026. Schedule: Every Friday (8 hours per day), Temporary Contract. The Opportunity & School Profile This Outstanding Brent school is looking for a specialist Computer Science Teacher for a unique part-time temporary role. This position is perfect for an educator seeking a fixed one-day-a-week commitment. You will join a tech-forward department that consistently achieves exceptional results. Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope Digital Excellence: Instructing Computer Science sessions every Friday, focusing on curriculum delivery and student progress. Programming Mastery: Supporting students with Python programming and data structures across the secondary phases. Consistent Impact: Maintaining the school's high academic standards and ensuring students are well-prepared for their 2026 examinations. Compensation & Benefits Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science. Salary: Daily rate based on experience and Teachers' Pay Scale (reflecting Inner London weighting). Support: Access to high-spec ICT suites and a collaborative, organized department.
