SEN Teacher – Vibrant and Inclusive School – Poole – ASAP Start 📍 Location: Poole 📄 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent 💰 Salary: Competitive A fantastic and inclusive secondary school in Poole is looking for a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their excellent SEND department. Your Role as an SEN Teacher: ✔ Deliver tailored lessons to students with a variety of additional learning needs, including ASD, dyslexia, and ADHD. ✔ Provide individual support, helping students achieve their full potential. ✔ Work with the SENCO and other staff to develop personalized learning plans. ✔ Track and monitor student progress to ensure appropriate interventions. ✔ Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where students feel valued. Who We’re Looking For: ✔ A qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent). ✔ Experience working with students with a range of special educational needs. ✔ Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions. ✔ Patience, empathy, and dedication to helping students succeed. ✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one). ✔ If you’re a compassionate SEN Teacher ready for an ASAP start, apply today!
