Job description
Our client is seeking a DT Technician to join a thriving secondary school in Birmingham from January . DT Technician required on a full-time basis Ofsted Good School in Birmingham Excellent opportunity to support a dynamic Design & Technology department The successful DT Technician will provide practical and technical support to teachers and students across the Design & Technology curriculum. You’ll be responsible for preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment in workshops and classrooms. Experience and Qualifications Previous experience as a DT Technician or in a similar technical support role Knowledge of woodworking, metalworking, or resistant materials Awareness of health & safety and COSHH regulations Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks Legal right to work in the UK School Information This Birmingham school, rated Good by Ofsted, offers an engaging and forward-thinking curriculum supported by excellent facilities.
