SEN Teacher – Inspirational Secondary School – Oxford – September Start Location: Oxford Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance A dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher is required for a highly respected secondary school in Oxford. Your Role as an SEN Teacher: • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with a range of special educational needs. • Provide one-on-one and small group support to ensure all students can access the curriculum. • Work closely with other teachers and support staff to create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs). • Support students with social and emotional development, fostering independence and confidence. • Collaborate with external agencies and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students. Who We’re Looking For: • A qualified teacher with QTS, and experience working with students with special educational needs. • A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and external agencies. • Experience with IEPs and providing tailored support in the classroom. • Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
