Job description
Role: Reception Teacher Location: Barnet, London Contract: Part-Time (4 days/week) Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience) About the School Our client is a well-respected mixed primary school in Barnet , known for its friendly, nurturing, and inspiring environment . The school: Educates inquisitive, enthusiastic, and well-mannered pupils Offers excellent facilities and purpose-built Early Years resources Encourages a supportive and collaborative staff culture Focuses on holistic development, fostering both learning and creativity About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Reception Teacher to join the school on a part-time (4 days/week) basis from January 2026 . The successful candidate will: Lead a Reception class , delivering engaging, hands-on, and stimulating learning experiences Inspire pupils’ curiosity, confidence, and love of learning Promote a positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment Contribute actively to the school’s welcoming and vibrant community Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with QTS.
