Job description
A supportive secondary school in Lincolnshire is recruiting a Geography ECT for January 2026. You’ll teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, with the potential to develop skills in KS5 delivery as you grow into the role. • Geography ECT required from January 2026 • Full-time role in Lincolnshire • Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4 This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Geography teacher eager to bring the subject to life through engaging fieldwork and classroom learning. Experience and Qualifications • QTS or pending award with a Geography specialism • Strong knowledge of curriculum content and teaching strategies • Enthusiastic, reflective, and eager to develop professionally • Legal right to work in the UK School Information The school, modernised in the early 2010s, places a strong emphasis on Humanities. It has well-resourced Geography classrooms and a dedicated ECT support programme, ensuring new teachers settle quickly and confidently. Salary MPS1 (in line with ECT pay).
