Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated Humanities teachers. Monitor and evaluate student progress, implementing effective intervention strategies. Degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, RE, or related). Significant experience teaching within the Humanities at secondary level, including leadership experience. Proven track record of raising student achievement and leading successful teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A clear vision for outstanding Humanities education.
