Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess engaging EYFS lessons tailored to meet a range of learning needs Work closely with support staff and SEN professionals to implement individual learning plans Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and confidence Monitor and evaluate progress, ensuring each child receives the support they need to thrive Build strong relationships with parents and carers to encourage active involvement in their child’s learning Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold the school’s inclusive ethos About the School This vibrant and caring school in Hounslow has built a strong reputation for inclusion and high standards of care.
