Job description
A welcoming and professional secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a friendly and organised School Receptionist to join its administrative team. This is a full-time, permanent role, ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and a commitment to providing a positive first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. Supporting administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and appointment scheduling. Assisting with the organisation of school events, meetings, and parent evenings. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, ideally within a school setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional, approachable, and friendly manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within safeguarding policies.
