Job description
Mixed secondary school based in Bournemouth School Business Manager to join a well-organised and efficient support services team Our Client is seeking a School Business Manager for an Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will lead on budget oversight, HR management, health & safety compliance, procurement and facilities operations , ensuring the school runs smoothly and aligns with its strategic goals. School Information This 11–18 school educates approximately 1,180 pupils and is celebrated for its academic excellence, strong pastoral systems and consistent behaviour culture. The operations team is collaborative and highly effective, with established processes, shared workload management and strong administrative structures. Staff describe the environment as orderly, supportive and development-focused. Leadership is visible, approachable and invested in staff training, wellbeing and career progression.
