We are working with a prestigious and inclusive primary school in Kensington that is seeking a passionate Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis , starting January 2026 . The school fosters a culture where every child feels valued and inspired to learn. Year 3 Teacher Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 students. Assess, track, and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets. Implement teaching strategies that meet the needs of a diverse classroom. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and wellbeing. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives. Year 3 Teacher Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Year 3 or Key Stage 2 in a primary school setting. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs. Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaborative teaching. Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a team environment.
