The ideal candidate will be: A qualified teacher (holding QTS or equivalent). Experienced in teaching Business and/or Economics at Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 (A-Level and/or BTEC). Passionate about Business and Economics and able to inspire students of all abilities. An excellent classroom practitioner with strong behaviour management skills. Committed to raising student achievement and fostering an understanding of the real-world applications of Business and Economics. A collaborative team player who is willing to contribute to the wider school community. Dedicated to their own professional development. An inspiring Business and Economics Teacher Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Business and/or Economics lessons across the relevant Key Stages. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of student attainment and progress. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and real-world application of concepts. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across the school. Contribute to the development of the Business and Economics curriculum. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress. Ensure the safeguarding and well-being of all students.
