About the Role: Sales Support Executive This role is all about engaging with customers no cold calling, just meaningful conversations with people who have already shown interest in our services. Inbound Calls: • Answer incoming customer enquiries • Understand their needs and direct them to the correct team • Provide friendly, professional service and set expectations clearly Outbound Calls (Where You Earn Commission!): • Contact customers who have already submitted an enquiry • Introduce our comparison service • Objection handle and transfer interested customers to our Sales advisers • Earn £20-£50 per successful sale from your transfer What We’re Looking For: Confident, friendly communicators Motivated by earning potential and career growth Positive team players Willing to learn – full training provided Customer-focused with strong communication & listening skills Career Growth Opportunities: Once you master this role, your growth doesn’t stop there. Working Hours: You’ll work on a 6-week rotating shift pattern , including a mix of shifts.
