Job description
A highly regarded independent school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their team from January 2026 . This is a full-time, permanent role , offering the chance to work in a nurturing and academically stimulating environment with a focus on early years development. You will lead the EYFS class, delivering engaging lessons and fostering a love of learning while supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of young children. Key Responsibilities - Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality EYFS lessons aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework - Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment - Observe, assess, and track pupil progress, providing feedback to guide development - Work closely with support staff and colleagues to ensure consistent learning outcomes - Communicate effectively with parents and carers to support home learning - Participate in school-wide initiatives, professional development, and extracurricular activities About the School - This independent school in Buckinghamshire is renowned for its excellence in early years education.
