This is a full-time leadership position, ideal for a strong practitioner with proven departmental impact and a clear vision for curriculum excellence. The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of Science across KS3 & KS4, with strong KS5 provision. You will oversee curriculum planning, assessment and data analysis, staff development, and quality assurance, ensuring consistently high standards across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. The Science department is well equipped with modern laboratories, strong technician support, and a collaborative team of specialists.
