Job description
A well-regarded secondary school in Islington is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised School Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible. This is a full-time, permanent role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school. About the Role As the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, you will provide professional reception and administrative support. You will ensure a welcoming environment and assist with the efficient management of school communications and front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff • Answer telephone calls, emails, and enquiries promptly • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages • Maintain records and support administrative processes • Assist with safeguarding protocols and daily school routines School Information The school is known for its supportive leadership, collaborative staff culture, and strong academic performance. Reception staff play a vital role in maintaining the professional and welcoming ethos of the school.
