Are you an organised, proactive and professional School Administrator looking for a new opportunity within a supportive and high-performing school environment? Wayman Education is recruiting a full-time School Administrator for an Outstanding secondary school in Cambridge , starting January . This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-structured administrative team and play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of the school. · School Administrator Role · Full-time position · Cambridge · January Start · Competitive Support Staff Salary School Information This 11–18 secondary school is known for exceptional organisation, a welcoming atmosphere and a strong commitment to supporting both students and staff. Responsibilities Managing the school’s front desk and reception duties Handling telephone and email enquiries Maintaining student records and supporting admissions processes Assisting with attendance, safeguarding and HR administration Preparing documents, reports and communications for staff Providing general administrative support across departments Experience and Qualifications Previous school or office administration experience (preferred) Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and MIS systems (SIMS/Arbor desirable) Excellent written and verbal communication High level of organisation and attention to detail Ability to work proactively and manage competing priorities Salary Paid in line with the support staff pay scale .
