What We’re Looking For We are seeking a teacher who: Holds QTS, PGCE, or will be newly qualified in 2026 Has strong subject knowledge in Religious Education, Philosophy or Ethics Can plan and deliver engaging lessons that encourage reflection, debate and open-mindedness Uses assessment and feedback effectively to support all learners Is reflective, resilient and committed to continuous professional development An interest in pastoral care, enrichment projects, or running discussion clubs around philosophy, ethics or social issues would be advantageous. In addition to your classroom role, you will contribute to departmental planning, resource development and enrichment activities such as discussion forums, themed days and community projects.
