Job description
School Administrator required January 2026 Good mixed school based in Ipswich School Administrator to join a professional, efficient, and supportive administration team Our Client is looking for a School Administrator to work within a large and vibrant mixed school in Ipswich. The successful candidate will handle student records, attendance, correspondence, and general administrative duties for the senior leadership team. School Information This 11–18 school educates around 1,250 students and continues to perform strongly, with 95% achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The school is known for its community focus and high standards of organisation and communication. Teachers and administrative staff describe the workplace as structured, approachable, and friendly. The school office is fast-paced but well-managed, with a team that values precision and teamwork. Staff are encouraged to develop new skills and contribute to improving systems and communication. This role offers variety, progression, and the chance to work closely with students, staff, and families in a supportive educational environment.
