The Year 5 Teacher will use assessment to identify next steps, run targeted interventions and prepare pupils for the demands of upper KS2 and transition preparation. The Year 5 Teacher will join leadership-led moderation and contribute to whole-school projects beginning in January 2026 . Candidate profile — Year 5 Teacher We seek a proven Year 5 Teacher with QTS, strong KS2 experience and evidence of outcomes.
