Job description
Job Title: Front Office Coordinator – Lewisham Primary Contract: Long-Term Temporary to Permanent Hours: 08:30 – 16:30 (Full-time, Term Time Only) Start Date: ASAP The Role A high-achieving primary school in the heart of Lewisham is seeking a vibrant Front Office Coordinator to join their dedicated administrative team. As the first point of contact for families and visitors, you will play a central role in the school’s daily life, ensuring a professional and warm environment for the whole community. Key Responsibilities First Impressions: Managing a busy reception desk, welcoming visitors, and handling incoming enquiries with a professional flair. Family Liaison: Acts as the primary bridge between the school and parents, managing newsletters, text alerts, and general correspondence. School Support: Assisting the Senior Leadership Team with general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the school day. System Usage: Maintaining student records and daily registers.
