Job description
A welcoming and ambitious primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a passionate KS1 Teacher to join their team from January 2026 . This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to inspire and support young learners in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The school values high-quality teaching, creativity, and the holistic development of every child. The successful candidate will join a supportive and collaborative team , delivering engaging lessons and contributing to the school’s ethos of academic excellence and personal growth. Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging KS1 lessons in line with the national curriculum Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel safe and motivated Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to develop effective teaching strategies Build strong relationships with parents and carers to enhance pupil learning Participate in school initiatives, professional development, and extracurricular activities About the School The school is recognised for its inclusive ethos, strong leadership, and commitment to staff development and wellbeing .
