Job description
Location: Hampshire Status: Outstanding Ofsted Secondary School Start Date: ASAP Start – Permanent, Full-Time Salary Range: £22,500 – £26,000 (Based on Experience) The Opportunity An Outstanding school in Hampshire is looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join their facilities team. The school sits on a large, well-maintained site that requires constant attention to detail to ensure it remains a premier learning environment. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive community where the premises team is highly valued. Core Responsibilities The role requires a hands-on approach to building maintenance, including plumbing, joinery, and grounds work. You will manage the heating and lighting systems, ensuring energy efficiency across the campus. Security is a major part of the role, requiring you to be responsible for the locking and unlocking of all school buildings and performing regular safety audits.
