Your Responsibilities As our new Year 5 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire curiosity and a passion for learning. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to excel. Develop students' skills in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects through innovative and effective teaching strategies. Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to ensure each child reaches their potential. Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to foster a collaborative learning community. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources. What We’re Looking For A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent). Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably in a Year 5 setting. A passion for nurturing young learners and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
