Job description
A well-regarded secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious and committed ECT Economics Teacher to join its thriving Business & Economics department from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career teacher to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking school community. About the Role The successful candidate will teach Economics at KS5 and Business at KS3/4 , delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that promote academic curiosity and economic understanding. The school offers an excellent ECT induction with mentoring and structured development time. This permanent role provides an excellent foundation for an ECT’s long-term career progression. About the School The school is inclusive, ambitious and known for its strong outcomes across Social Sciences.
