Job description
Mixed secondary school based in Oxford School Business Manager to join a forward-thinking and efficient business operations team Our Client is seeking a School Business Manager to support a well-organised and academically ambitious secondary school in Oxford. The successful candidate will lead on budget management, HR processes, procurement, health & safety compliance and site operations , working closely with senior leaders to ensure strategic and financial efficiency. School Information This large 11–18 school, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, educates approximately 1,200 pupils and is known for its exceptional academic results, stable behaviour culture and excellent staff support. The business operations department works collaboratively, with shared responsibility, streamlined systems and well-developed planning processes. Staff describe the school as structured, innovative and professional. Senior leaders prioritise development for support staff, offering training, coaching and ongoing operational support.
