Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a prestigious independent secondary school in Essex. This is a full-time, permanent position starting January 2026 , ideal for a teacher passionate about academic excellence and personalised learning. The Role As an English Teacher, you will: Teach English across KS3–KS5 , including GCSE and A-Level Contribute to a highly successful and well-resourced English department Support students in developing advanced analytical and writing skills Engage in enrichment activities such as reading societies and debating About the School This independent school is renowned for its strong academic outcomes and holistic education.
