Job description
A well-regarded 11–18 secondary school in Leamington Spa is seeking a motivated and reflective Teacher of Mathematics (ECT) to join its successful Maths department from January 2026 . About the Role You’ll teach Maths across KS3–KS4, supported by a structured induction and experienced mentors who have guided many successful ECTs. Lessons are built around clarity, reasoning and mastery, with a shared scheme of work that supports consistency without stifling creativity.
