Job description
A well-established secondary school in Solihull is seeking a professional, approachable, and organised School Receptionist to join their front-of-house team. This is a full-time, permanent role, providing the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. About the Role As the School Receptionist, you will manage the reception area and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your role is vital in maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment, contributing to the overall running of the school. Key Responsibilities • Greeting visitors and managing sign-in/sign-out procedures • Answering and directing telephone calls and emails efficiently • Supporting attendance and safeguarding procedures • Managing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries • Providing general administrative support to staff and leadership • Assisting with school events, meetings, and activities School Information This secondary school in Solihull is recognised for strong academic results, positive student behaviour, and a supportive staff culture.
