The Role You will be responsible for teaching Art and Design across KS3 and KS4 , with the opportunity to contribute to KS5 depending on experience. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that develop students’ technical ability, creative confidence, and independent thinking. The department values a broad range of artistic approaches, including drawing, painting, mixed media, digital art, and experimental techniques. You will work collaboratively with experienced colleagues to plan schemes of work, moderate coursework, and support GCSE outcomes. There are also opportunities to contribute to enrichment activities such as exhibitions, competitions, and extra-curricular art clubs.
