This Full-Time Year 6 Teacher will monitor progress closely, work with pastoral staff to support wellbeing, and coordinate transition into secondary school beginning in the weeks prior to January 2026 and continuing after January 2026. The Year 6 Teacher will also lead enrichment projects, mentor younger staff and contribute to whole-school assessment policy as the Year 6 Teacher.
