Job description
Start Date: January 2026 Location: Bournemouth, Dorset About the Role This Outstanding secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking a School Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and reception support. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and contributing to a positive school environment. Key Responsibilities Reception and front-of-house duties Managing calls, emails, and general enquiries Maintaining accurate student records and documentation Supporting safeguarding and compliance processes Assisting with diary management and admin tasks Working closely with office and pastoral teams About the School The school educates around 1,250 students and is known for its calm atmosphere, excellent behaviour, and strong community relationships.
