About the Role A welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Worcestershire is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of Art to join its thriving Creative Arts faculty from January 2026. This full-time, permanent position offers the perfect opportunity for a new teacher to begin their career within a nurturing environment that values creativity, collaboration and personal growth. You’ll inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, encouraging them to develop artistic confidence, experiment with different media, and express their individuality through creative work.
