Job description
A highly regarded 3–18 independent school in Worcestershire is looking to appoint a talented Teacher of Psychology to join its expanding Sixth Form team from January 2026 . The School This is a well-known independent school with a strong record of pastoral care, excellent exam results and a warm, community-centred ethos. The Sixth Form is growing, and Psychology has quickly become a flagship A-Level subject with exceptional outcomes. Facilities include modern classrooms, research spaces, access to digital tools, a Sixth Form study centre and cross-subject collaborations with Biology and PE. The Role You will teach A-Level Psychology, delivering clear, engaging lessons that help students master complex concepts and develop strong research and analytical skills. You’ll play a key role in shaping the curriculum and supporting the school’s academic enrichment programme. You Will Bring QTS or equivalent in Psychology or related field Strong subject knowledge and passion for cognitive and social science A supportive, motivational teaching style suited to high-attaining pupils Interest in academic societies or research-based enrichment Why Join?
