Job description
Science Teacher required January 2026 Mixed secondary school based in Oldham Science Teacher to join a well-resourced and forward-thinking Science department Our Client is seeking a Science Teacher to teach KS3 and KS4 within a well-established secondary school in Oldham. The successful Science Teacher will deliver a broad Science curriculum across Biology, Chemistry and Physics, supported by strong technical assistance and well-developed schemes of work. The role includes full teaching responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities. School Information This 11–18 secondary school serves approximately 1,400 pupils and benefits from a strong reputation for consistent academic progress, effective behaviour management and well-developed pastoral support. The Science department operates from a suite of modern laboratories with high-quality practical equipment, digital teaching resources and specialist technical support to ensure safe and engaging practical learning.
