We’re hiring a Product Lead who is excited by that kind of complexity and can ship. This is ideal for someone who’s strategic, technical, and passionate about crypto. Formal ID verification required before offer. 🚀 Work within one of the most rapidly growing industries in the world What you’ll own You’ll own product execution and delivery end-to-end: how features are defined, built, and shipped, working closely with our engineering teams (Core + Imports) and Design, and our CEO/founder. In practice, that means you’ll: Own the end-to-end flow. Own Kanban flow: prioritise the board, keep work unblocked, and drive day-to-day delivery with engineering. Turn messy user problems and edge cases into clear requirements, UX flows, and acceptance criteria. Keep a high bar for quality, accuracy, and long-term maintainability. Reduce data discrepancies (the “$1 mismatch” kind of work) by partnering with engineering on root-cause fixes. Have an eye for UX more than UI: simplify flows and resolve pain points using simple wireframes. Participate in on-call / incident involvement when needed (because tax accuracy has real-world consequences). What success looks like (early) Within 30-90 days you should: Understand the product deeply enough to map the “tax in Clear understanding of how the team currently works (and where execution gets stuck). CEO can hand over meaningful responsibility (product execution + delivery decisions) with confidence. This role is a fit if… You have: Strong crypto trading + DeFi experience If Jupiter, Meteora, Uniswap, LPs, bridges, and on-chain swaps aren’t familiar, this won’t be a fit. Strong financial data analysis instincts If hunting down a $1 discrepancy across thousands of transactions sounds unpleasant, this won’t be a fit. A technical product mindset: you can reason about APIs, data flows, ingestion/transformation, and failure modes. High attention to detail and a bias toward correctness. Experience shipping products 0→1. Experience running execution with dev teams. Comfort translating pain points into simple wireframes and practical UX improvements (not UI polish) 5+ years as a Product Lead, Engineering Lead, or SaaS Founder (we care more about evidence than titles). Nice-to-haves Comfortable with SQL / data investigation (self-serve debugging is a superpower here). Experience with data-heavy ingestion pipelines or reconciliation systems. ✔️ Don’t ‘tick all of the boxes?
