Job description
A welcoming, community-focused secondary school in Staffordshire is seeking a professional, warm and organised Receptionist for a January 2026 start. The Role As the first point of contact for visitors, parents and students, you’ll help shape the school’s professional image and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the front desk and greeting visitors Handling calls, emails and enquiries Supporting pastoral and administrative tasks Maintaining visitor logs and safeguarding procedures Assisting with student services and daily operations The School This Good-rated school is known for its caring ethos, friendly staff and strong community links.
