Music Teacher – Full-Time Role in Nottingham – Shape the Future of Music About the School Our client is a high-achieving secondary school in Nottingham that promotes academic excellence alongside creativity and artistic expression. With state-of-the-art facilities, we provide a dynamic environment where students can develop their musical talents and achieve their full potential. About the Music Teacher Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Music Teacher to join our high-performing Music department. The successful candidate will teach Music at Key Stage 3 and 4, providing students with opportunities to develop their musical abilities and creativity. Responsibilities of the Music Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Music lessons that inspire and motivate students. Assess student progress, providing detailed feedback to support their development. Contribute to the growth of the Music curriculum and extra-curricular music activities. Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Encourage student participation in school concerts, musical productions, and competitions. Music Teacher Qualifications and Experience: A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS). A degree in Music or a related field. Experience teaching Music at secondary level, with a passion for both practical and theoretical music education. A solid understanding of the UK curriculum and exam specifications.
