Job description
We are working closely with a school who are recruiting for an ambitious HR Manager for an Outstanding academy in Bristol. We are seeking a professional who is eager to lead HR strategy in a rewarding, fast-paced secondary environment that prioritises social mobility. About the Role Start Date: ASAP. Contract: Full-time, permanent. Act as the lead for all people-related matters, including organisational change and employee engagement. Manage the HR budget and work closely with the School Business Manager on workforce planning. About the School This Bristol academy is renowned for its "Outstanding" student behaviour and culture of high expectations. It is a professional and deeply supportive environment where the administrative team is viewed as the "engine room" of the school.
