Year 5 Teacher – Part-Time Position – April 2025Start

A well-established primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 5 Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis starting in April 2025 . This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed educator to make a real impact in the classroom while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role: Teaching a Year 5 class and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum . Planning and implementing differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of the students. Fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where students feel confident and motivated to learn. Monitoring and assessing student progress , providing regular feedback to students and parents, and setting individual learning goals. Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development , ensuring they are prepared for the transition to Year 6. Collaborating with the Year 5 team and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and consistent approach to teaching and learning. Maintaining open communication with parents to keep them informed about their child’s progress and development. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Year 5 or similar primary year groups. Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience planning and delivering effective lessons. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment . Passionate about teaching and learning , with a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential. Strong communication skills , with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Flexible and proactive with a strong focus on the academic and emotional well-being of students.
