Who We’re Looking For We invite applications from both Early Career Teachers and experienced Art Teachers who: Hold QTS and a degree in Art, Fine Art, or Art & Design. Are eager to inspire students through a range of artistic media, from painting and sculpture to digital art and mixed media. Are committed to supporting students in their artistic and personal growth. Enjoy working collaboratively with a team of dedicated Art Teachers to enhance the curriculum. Are passionate about contributing to extracurricular art activities, such as exhibitions, trips, and after-school clubs. Are adaptable and can engage with students of all abilities and backgrounds. About the Role As our new Art Teacher , you will: Teach Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to contribute to Key Stage 5 for more experienced applicants. Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that foster creativity and critical thinking in students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them develop their skills. Work closely with other Art Teachers in planning and refining the curriculum. Get involved in the wider life of the school, including art exhibitions, clubs, and community projects. For experienced Art Teachers , there may be opportunities for leadership responsibilities, such as mentoring ECTs and supporting departmental initiatives.
