The ECT Science Teacher vacancy you have been waiting for… Are you looking for an Ofsted Good school in Manchester with a positive, solution-focused, and collaborative approach to supporting ECTs? Job Overview Our client is seeking an ECT Science Teacher to start in January or sooner. This inclusive and forward-thinking school is known for strong results, excellent behaviour, and exceptional training support. The successful ECT Science Teacher will teach Science across KS3 and KS4, with specialism supported through mentoring. The School The school maintains a caring, inclusive ethos and places a high priority on safeguarding and staff development. ECTs receive a dedicated mentor, weekly coaching observations, and protected CPD time. Parents regularly commend the school’s “supportive environment and strong culture of respect,” highlighting the quality of pastoral care. The Science department delivers a practical, discovery-driven curriculum enriched by hands-on experiments, STEM competitions, science fairs, cross-curricular STEM days, and university outreach.
