Job description
Biology Teacher – Outstanding School – Surrey An Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary school in Surrey requires a dedicated and enthusiastic Biology Teacher to join their successful Science department. This is a full-time, permanent position, teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. The school is committed to fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the living world. Responsibilities: The successful Biology Teacher will plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the requirements of the National Curriculum and examination specifications. You will create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of biology and encourages scientific inquiry. Assessing student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to the development of the Biology curriculum are key duties for the Biology Teacher . Requirements: Candidates must be a qualified Biology Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Biology or a closely related subject. Proven experience teaching Biology at the secondary level, including A-Level, is essential. Strong subject knowledge, a passion for biology, and excellent communication and classroom management skills are required. We are looking for an engaging Biology Teacher .
