Textiles Teacher Needed for September 2025 – Birmingham Do you have a passion for Textiles and inspiring students to explore the world of design? Our Good-rated school in Birmingham is searching for a dedicated Textiles Teacher to join our team in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to teach students the skills and creativity involved in textiles design. About the Role: As a Textiles Teacher, you will teach students across KS3, KS4, and KS5, helping them develop their practical and design skills. You’ll encourage creativity in students as they explore different techniques in textiles, working alongside a team of Textiles Teachers to deliver an inspiring curriculum. Key Responsibilities of the Textiles Teacher: Deliver engaging Textiles lessons, covering a variety of techniques such as fabric manipulation, printing, and garment construction. Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and projects. Collaborate with the Textiles department to refine and innovate the curriculum.
