Are you an ambitious Food Technology specialist ready to lead a high-performing department within an Outstanding secondary school? This could be an excellent opportunity to shape the strategic direction of Food Technology in a thriving and academically focused environment. • Outstanding secondary school based in Oxford • Head of Food Technology within a successful Design & Technology faculty • Full-time leadership role | April start Our client is seeking an inspirational and experienced Head of Food Technology to join an Outstanding school in Oxford from April. This is a full-time leadership position, ideal for a strong practitioner with a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes and leading curriculum development. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the strategic development of Food Technology across KS3 & KS4, with the potential to oversee KS5 provision. You will lead curriculum planning, assessment strategy, quality assurance, and staff mentoring, while maintaining your own teaching timetable. The department benefits from modern food preparation rooms, industry-standard equipment, and strong technical support. Senior leadership is highly supportive and committed to maintaining exceptional standards of teaching and learning.
