Your Role as an SEN Teacher: ✔ Deliver tailored lessons for students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, dyslexia, and emotional and behavioral difficulties. ✔ Work closely with the SENCO, teaching assistants, and other professionals to create effective individualised learning plans. ✔ Provide ongoing support and interventions to help students reach their potential. ✔ Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. ✔ Track and monitor student progress to ensure they are receiving the support they need to succeed. Who We’re Looking For: ✔ A qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent). ✔ Experience working with students with a variety of learning needs. ✔ Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and assessments. ✔ Patience, empathy, and dedication to helping students overcome challenges. ✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one). ✔ If you’re passionate about supporting students with special needs, apply today for a September start!
